From Classroom to Community: An Educational Journey of Culture and Growth During the Mid-Autumn Festival｜Holistic Education & ESG Values

In this year's Mid-Autumn Festival, Qs School families gathered at Box Hill Town Hall for a day filled with laughter, learning, and love. Children explored ESG values through games, solved riddles with their parents, and shared dreams and joy — every moment was alive with warmth and connection.

At Qs School, we believe in holistic education rooted in ESG values — an approach that goes beyond knowledge to nurture empathy, courage, and growth. Every Qs experience is thoughtfully designed with two meaningful layers that inspire responsibility, connection, and lifelong learning.

Inner ESG: Emotion, Soul, and Growth — guiding children to perceive emotions, build empathy, and grow from within.

Outer ESG: Environment, Social, and Growth — inspiring them to protect the planet, care for others, and act with responsibility.

01 Ocean Guardians

Holistic Education and ESG Values

In the ESG Ocean Zone, children used small nets to scoop "rubbish" from the water. As they picked out bottles, wrappers, and straws, their expressions turned from curiosity to focus. After each challenge, they proudly collected a "waste-sorting card," coloring it while learning why protecting the ocean matters. In those simple actions, the seeds of responsibility and ESG values quietly took root.

02 Riddle Corner

Inner ESG Workshop

At the Riddle Corner, laughter filled the air. Children and parents drew questions, guessed answers, and shared smiles. One child said softly, "What I love most is when you go out with me." It was a small moment, but one full of warmth and connection — a reminder that learning often begins with love.

03 Qs Lucky Wheel

During the Lucky Draw, cheers and excitement spread through the crowd.

Children spun the wheel with bright eyes, waiting for it to stop.

When they received their gifts, their smiles said it all — a joy born from effort, discovery, and being seen.
