About the Role

Inspire and guide students in your field of expertise - Maths, English, and/or Science. Key responsibilities include delivering lesson plans, student assessments, as well as maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Reporting to the Campus Manager and School Principal, the position promotes continuous improvement and teamwork.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, fostering both academic and emotional intelligence.

• Grading assessments fairly and accurately, using established rubrics or marking schemes; maintaining a clear understanding of each student’s learning progress.

• Maintaining a sound knowledge of current School Policy and Procedures, and reliably follow these or provide compliant advice to others.

The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and excel at independent tasks. They should be highly organised with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, as fostering personal growth in both students and staff is a core tenet at Qs School. Proficiency in technology, including the MS Office Suite and Zoom, is essential.

You will also have:

• A completed degree with experience within the teaching or coaching industry.

• Proficiency in curriculum delivery and assessment methods.

• A current VIT registration or Working with Children Check.
